Carers Manchester North Partnership Roadshow 2021

The Carers North Partnership roadshow raised awareness of the Carers Manchester Pathway, helping Carers understand what support is available and how they can access it. We met with new Carers and reconnected with Carers already known to the service. We had discussions about Carers’ experiences during the pandemic, and what they felt they needed most as we transitioned out of it. We engaged with a range of professionals and worked to build sustainable partnerships providing support to Carers long-term.
