Carers Week 2019

Carers Week is an annual campaign to raise awareness of caring, highlight the challenges unpaid carers face and recognise the contribution they make to families and communities throughout the UK. The theme for 2019 Carers Week was Connecting Carers.  Carers were invited to a Jamboree, offering the opportunity to connect with each other and the Centre and enjoy a range of different workshops.  An afternoon tea and cake cutting finished off this thoroughly enjoyable day!
