Employability and Training Support

Connect To Your Future helps young people (aged 15-19) in Manchester who are ‘not in education, employment or training’ (NEET) or at risk of becoming NEET. COVID-19 has had many impacts on young people, including missed education, social isolation and anxiety. Many may feel disengaged from mainstream education and support services. Their programme provides tailored mentoring and wellbeing support to help them achieve positive career outcomes through assisting them in identifying learning and work opportunities.  They also offer support and encouragement to help them build self-confidence, motivation and resilience to progress to sustainable career outcomes.

Get in touch with the Connect To Your Future team via email: CTYF@careerconnect.org.uk or call 0162 232 7863.
